I think that NS4 should have lvl 30+ artifacts, as in non-generic equippable items that are generally better than imbued adamantine items, which drop off of any enemy of an appropriate CR
it'd give people more of a reason to go out farming for gear in +7 zones
I'm not asking for lvl 40 artifacts, though

I think the purpose of the artifacts, is as a throwback to early NS days, where lvl 20 was the cap and those were the items.

Currently, the closest you are going to get is a chance for 'unique' drops, which alter and/or add modifiers to an equip-able item.

but level 25 artifacts exist; were you able to get past lvl 20 in those old days?
