After numerous attacks, the Neversummer City is brimming with defenders. Old, defenceless buildings are burning, and rumour has it that the temple has reopened its doors.

In other news, some of the Heroes of Neversummer seems to have popped down to the tavern for a drink.

Fury now has a guild hall!
Goblins now have spines!
Other minor CR tweaking in areas as many and varied as Illithids, Illithids and Abyss/Celestia.

Sunken tweaks - easier? more giant mountain cr bumps - miscellaneous other lower end tweaks.

Duskhaven - added more room to the 3 areas, changed spawn dynamics some.
Amazon , low areas - Thinned spawns.
Giant mountain - removed low lvl ogres from caves
Moved trolls further up mountain. Moved spawns around some.
Sunken - Tweaks and thinning. Need feedback.

New XP curve in, slightly tweaked from last published curve.

Massive CR adjustments. Most areas stick to a reasonable CR scheme - in general nothing has massively fluctuated, but note that dorfs can hit the broad side of a barn now, although they're a touch more fragile.

Powerlevelling will now work about a million times less well. Exact scheme not up for knowing, but you shouldn't be able to powerlevel your lowbies any more.
Edit: As people have now figured this out, some details so that its a level playing field: If you're too high of a caster, you get nothing. If you're closish, your buffs are cast at THEIR level. If you're really close, they're cast at your level.

Bigby 8 spell failure: 20/25/33/50% spell failure with no/SF/GSF/ESF evocation. Everything else about the spell as per before.

Also a bit of AO love: Wizards are now in AO! Dragons got tired of only getting the dumb casters :P.

Edit: Note this means that only a few of the more esoteric combinations of cleric/domain will have issues finding a faction.
Note: This means that good aligned wizards now have... I wouldn't say home, more like place of residence? :)

More CR tweaks!

Raks now have a third spell. Drumroll:
They get tensers, lasts for 5 rounds, gives +5 AB // +1 attack per round.

Vine Mine: Guacamole

As per usual, all changes up for discussion, provided it is done civilly and with experience of the changes.

Spike Growth now provides an AoE buff: A non replacing damage shield which deals CL/4 + d4/d6/d8/d10 based on focus in Transmutation. It lasts for 5 rounds. Edit: Non extendable, piercing damage.

Minor downwards tweak to AO exterminator token - now caps at +3 - I'm unsure if this is the route to take, but it was much too strong.

Dropped about a quintillion bombs on RDD and delevelling.

By which I mean, RDD's can no longer delevel.
If they still can, somehow, tell me, and I'll try not to gouge my eyes out before fixing it.

Additionally, as promised:
Exterminator reward now scales at (level-5)/10.
e.g.

1-15; +1, 15-25; +2, 25-40; +3.
