Moon Elf Bio
Moon elves are the most common sort of elves. Also called Silver Elves, they have fair skin (sometimes tinged with blue) and hair of silver-white, black, or blue. (Humanlike colors are rare, but possible.) Their eyes are blue or green, with gold flecks. They are the subrace most tolerant of humankind, and most Half-Elves are descended from Moon Elves.

Pros: There is not much to say about a moon elf except for the 2 Dexterity to help boost his AC by 1 as well as provide dexterity-based characters with a higher AB. His 2 to Listen, Search, and Spot gives him a bit of help to spot hidden creatures, traps, as well as hidden doors. A Moon Elf has no Level Adjustment which makes leveling easier. Perhaps the best bonus however is elven Keen Senses.
Cons: In contrast to the bonuses a Moon Elf receives, it only receives one penalty and that is a -2 to Consitution. This can be a big pain for a Moon Elf most especially if the player uses a class that receives less hitpoints such as Wizards, Sorcerers, and Rogues.
Conclusion: A Moon Elf is easy to level but also has lower hitpoints in total. Despite its claim to favor the Wizard when playing this character, this race should best be played with characters that receive higher hitpoints to make up for the penalty in consitution, such as a Ranger or finesse Fighter.
