Azerblood Bio
Azerblood resemble a dwarf of the Shield subtype for the most part, with some variations based on the outsider blood that flows in their veins. Common traits are metallic brass-colored skin, flame-red hair and irises that appear to move with flames. They favor the Azer way of dressing in metallic skirts of brass, bronze and copper. But they will dress for necessity, including heavier armors.

Azerblood Guide
Pros: The main bonus for Azer Bloods is Azer Fire, which allows for extra Unarmed Strike or Ranged attack damage. The +2 to Strength also contributes to a small increase in damage. Coming with the standard Dwarven Constitution bonus, the Azerblood makes for good Melee, Ranged, and Unarmed builds. The fire resistance also helps to serve as a counter to creatures in the Fire Plane as well as enemy PCs with Flame Weapon/Darkfire.
Cons: The -2 to Charisma would only deter Paladins seeking Flame Weapon who do not have Holy Sword. Other than this, it is mostly negligible. The Clerical requirements make Azerbloods rather undesireable in comparison to other races for Clerics, and the ECL of 2 makes the race only beneficial to characters who would require the extra damage.
Conclusion: With Fire resistance plentiful and Flame Weapon/Darkfire available from Clerics and Mages, the only truly unique aspect to Azers is their ability to use Flame Weapon on Ranged and Unarmed attacks. This makes Azerbloods good candidates for Monks and Archers. Considering the limitation on any Clerical Zen Archers, this restricts the usefulness of Azerbloods to most non-casting ranged and unarmed builds.
